1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and national holidays) after order confirmation.
Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Processing begins once our team confirms your order details via WhatsApp or phone call. Unconfirmed orders will not be dispatched.
2. Delivery Timelines & Shipping Charges
We ship nationwide across Pakistan through courier partners (such as TCS, Leopards, and PostEx).
3. Order Tracking
Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via SMS or WhatsApp.
You can use the tracking ID on our courier partner's portal to view real-time delivery status.
4. Delivery Protocol & Inspection
Open Parcel Policy: Couriers operating in Pakistan strictly enforce a no open parcel before payment policy. You must hand the full cash amount to the delivery rider before opening the security flybag.
If you suspect parcel tampering or damage to the external packaging, please refuse to accept the parcel and notify us immediately on WhatsApp.
5. Address Changes & Failed Deliveries
Ensure your delivery address and contact number are accurate during checkout.
Couriers will attempt delivery up to 2 times. If you are unavailable or unreachable via phone, the parcel will be returned to our warehouse. Re-shipping charges may apply to re-dispatch returned orders.
